Today, I would like to share the direction we are heading, the sacred process behind our channeling-based designs, and the deep intentions woven into our new products and upcoming circles.

The "Zen" (禅) we cherish is rooted in an ancient practice of calming the mind to perceive the ultimate truth of the present moment.
Zen is not a restrictive religious doctrine, nor does it require retreating into a mountain temple. I firmly believe that a Zen lifestyle is accessible to anyone, regardless of background. It begins simply by aligning your heart and mindset in daily life.
The essence of Zen lies in practice, not theory. Cleaning, cooking, doing laundry, or walking—every daily action is a sacred opportunity to polish your soul and realign your energy. Zen mindfulness is profoundly deep, yet it can be started by anyone, at any form, at any moment.
The Vibration of Written Words: Why Kanji, Sanskrit, and Sacred Glyphs?
You might wonder why we choose Kanji (Japanese characters), sacred symbols, and Sanskrit (Bonji) over standard phonetics like the English alphabet.
Alphabets or hiragana letters carry no inherent meaning on their own; "A" or "あ" must be combined with other letters to form a concept. In stark contrast, Kanji, Sanskrit, Ryutai, and Kamiyo glyphs hold specific meanings and distinct, divine vibrations within each single character.
Just as we instinctively feel the comfort of a person or a space, we naturally resonate with energy. When you wear, write, or gaze upon these high-vibrational characters, your energy enters a state of sacred "resonance." Even if you cannot read the character, visualizing the energy behind it activates the Third Eye and naturally shifts your awareness into a profound Zen mind.

This spiritual work is backed by a lifetime of grounding experiences. From Japan to the United States, I have dedicated myself to understanding the human psyche and well-being. I operated a daycare center in the US, nurturing countless babies and children, provided psychological counseling for students from elementary to high school, and worked as a caregiver for the elderly, alongside extensive volunteer work.
These experiences profoundly rooted a dedication within me to protect the environment and ease the burdens of hardworking mothers. I channeled these intentions into a simple formula of baking soda and pure essential oils—a remedy I have loved and used for years—so anyone can experience Zen purification even in the midst of a busy life.

3. Launching in the South Bay: "369 Zen Circle Healing"
Lastly, I am excited to introduce the "369 Zen Circle" starting soon in the South Bay area of California.
Having explored and mastered various healing modalities through my own spiritual journey, I have partnered with Chizuru, an experienced yoga instructor, to create a unique holistic healing program (please note: we will not be teaching standard yoga poses).
Chizuru leads the "Physical Stretching and Reiki (Spiritual Energy)" while I manage the "Space Purification and Boundary/Shielding Session."
By merging these two powerful energies, we co-create a strong magnetic field—a Zen Circle. Each participant who receives this healing becomes a pillar of light, allowing beautiful, positive energy to ripple out naturally to their families and loved ones.

1. 誰でも、どこからでも始められる「禅のマインド」
私たちが大切にしている「禅（ぜん）」とは、もともと仏教の修行法の一つで、「心を静めて、今ここにある真実の姿を見つめること」を意味します。
「禅」と聞くと、お寺にこもって厳しい修行をするような、難しいイメージを持つ方もいるかもしれません。しかし私は、禅の生活は宗教関係なく、誰もが難しくなくスタートできるものだと思っています。大切なのは、日頃から「心と考え方が禅になるように」意識すること。それだけで、日常生活の中にできることがたくさんあります。
禅の本質は、頭で考える理論ではなく「日々の体験や実践」にあります。掃除、料理、洗濯、歩くこと……そうした日常のあらゆる行動のすべてが、心を磨き、自分を整える修行になるというのが禅の素晴らしい教えです。禅マインドは本当に奥深く、いつでも、どんな形からでも始められます。
文字に宿る波動――なぜ「漢字・梵字・神代文字」なのか？
ここで、なぜ私たちがひらがなやアルファベットではなく「漢字」や「シンボル」「梵字（ぼんじ）」にこだわるのか、そのとても重要な理由をお話しさせてください。
たとえば、アルファベットやひらがなは、一文字だけを見ても意味を持ちません。「A」や「あ」という単体では意味がなく、他の文字と組み合わさることによって、初めて言葉としての意味を持ち始めます。
その反対に、漢字は一文字を見るだけで、そこに込められた背景やイメージを瞬時に想像することができます。 漢字や梵字、龍体文字、あるいは神代文字（かみよもじ）は、その「一文字」ずつに固有の意味があり、神聖な波動（バイブレーション）そのものが宿っているのです。
人は誰しも、心地いい人や心地いい場所を直感で察知できるように、エネルギーを感じ取る力を持っています。それと同じで、一文字一文字に強いパワーが宿る文字を「身につけること」「目にすること」、そして「書くこと」によって、私たちのエネルギーはその波動と響き合い、「共鳴」を起こします。
読めなくても、そのビジュアルを通じて自分の中にビジョンを描く。それがサードアイ（第三の眼）の覚醒を促し、自然と心を「禅マインド」へと導いてくれるのです。

私はこれまで、自分自身でもたくさんのヒーリングを経験し、独自に高次元の叡智を学んできました。その中で出会った、ヨガインストラクターの「ちづるさん」とタッグを組み、心と体をトータルで癒やすプログラムを二人で考案しています。（※このサークルでは、いわゆる一般的なヨガのポーズを教えることはしません）
