Connecting Hearts Through Letters in Prison | A Healer’s Insights on the Warmth of Words and Sacred Prayer Time

Except for a brief moment on weekends, I spend almost the entire week in the comfort of my home, a place I truly love.

While I deeply love people, I also have an empathic nature—I easily absorb strong energies from people, animals, and my surrounding environment. Stepping outside often takes a bit of courage for me. That is why my morning routine—meditation, healing, and cleansing my energy—is uniquely important.

When I am at home, I devote my time to running 369 Life Service, providing numerous distance healing sessions and personal spiritual counseling sessions to help others harmonize their energy. In this peaceful haven, I purify my own vibration so I can channel that light to others. To stay aligned, I always play classical music or soothing healing sounds, and I recharge by watching videos created by fellow healers. Raising my vibration within my sacred space allows me to send letters, emails, and healing artwork to individuals in prison.

Delivering Light and Vibration Amidst Strict Guidelines

In the United States, digital systems in prisons are advancing. While many states rely heavily on tablets, most facilities in California still allow inmates to receive my original handwritten letters and original physical artwork directly.

However, everything I send must pass through strict screening rules. In the past, when I created healing artwork featuring Kanji or Ryutai (Dragon) characters—ancient letters known for their spiritual power—they were sometimes rejected and discarded because guards mistook them for tattoo designs.

Interestingly, Ryutai characters exert their greatest healing energy when written directly on the body with a marker. If you are reading this blog, I encourage you to draw these symbols on your skin and feel the surge of positive energy yourself!

Navigating these prison guidelines pushes me to find new ways to deliver the highest vibration. Recently, in addition to hand-drawing, I have begun uploading my artwork into AI tools, embedding healing energy into digital messages, and attaching them to emails. Even when the medium changes, the spiritual frequency reliably reaches its recipient.

Bridging Languages and Divine Connections Led by Ancestors

Over the years, after sending hundreds of distance healings and letters, I have witnessed countless heartwarming miracles.

One day, I opened a letter from an inmate who had taken the time to write a message to me in Japanese, sharing memories and expressing an interest in my Japanese heritage. Imagining the care, time, and emotion he poured into writing those words in a foreign language filled my heart with profound tenderness.

Another extraordinary connection occurred through a supporter of my NPO work. In his letter, he opened up about his lineage, revealing that his grandmother was an atomic bomb survivor from Hiroshima.

The high-dimensional spirit guide I channel is also a female survivor of the Hiroshima atomic bombing. The moment I realized this, I knew with complete clarity: his ancestors had guided him to me so our souls could reunite.

Word of these experiences often spreads inside the facility. Cellmates who read my letters or hear about our NPO reach out, asking if I can offer them healing as well. Watching healing energy naturally ripple from one person to another inside a cell is one of the greatest joys I can experience as a healer.

Letters and Awakening: The Power of Hands, Touch, and Intent

Exchanging letters with someone you have never met face-to-face is a profound act of energetic connection. If you are seeking to awaken your spiritual senses, writing letters by hand is one of the most direct paths available.

Reiki healing relies fundamentally on the hands—our hands are our most vital instruments for transmitting energy. Moving your fingers to trace letters and convey heartfelt emotions infuses handwritten pages with a living, breathing soul and deep warmth.

Visualizing the recipient while composing your message engages both your five physical senses and your sixth sense.

When I was younger, I exchanged countless journal entries and letters with my mother, who was hard of hearing. That deep, daily practice of silent communication cultivated the spiritual sensitivity and awakening I experience today. Even now, I keep a personal journal, excitedly wondering what my future self will think when reading it, and recording messages that descend from higher realms.

刑務所への手紙で心が届く瞬間｜ヒーラーが語る言葉の温もりと祈りの時間

私は週末のひとときを除き、一週間のほとんどを大好きな自宅で過ごしています。

人が好きでたまらない反面、人や動物、周囲の環境から強いエネルギーを受け取りやすい性質（エンパス）を持っているためです。外に出るには少し勇気が必要で、だからこそ、自分自身を浄化し波動を整えるための「朝の瞑想」や「ヒーリング」は、私にとって人一倍大切な時間になっています。

自宅にいるときは、369 Life Serviceの活動として、たくさんの遠隔ヒーリングや個人セッションを行いながら、自分自身の波動を高めています。部屋にはいつもクラシックやヒーリングサウンドを流し、他のヒーラーの方々の動画に触れてエネルギーをチャージする。心地よい自分の聖域で波動を整えながら、私は遠くにいる受刑者の方々へ手紙やメール、アートを届けています。

制限の中で届ける、光と波動

アメリカの刑務所ではデジタル化が進み、他州ではタブレットを使ったシステムが増えていますが、カリフォルニア州の多くの刑務所では、今でも私が描いたオリジナルの手紙やアートを直接本人に手渡してもらうことができます。

ただ、送る内容には厳しい審査やルールが存在します。以前、漢字や「龍体文字」を使ってヒーリングアートを描いた際、タトゥーの図柄とみなされて破棄されてしまうという壁にもぶつかりました。

実は、龍体文字は『体に直接マジックなどで書くこと』が一番効果を発揮します。このブログを読んでくださっている皆さんも、ぜひご自身の身体に直接書いて、そのエネルギーの高まりや効果を実感してみてくださいね。

刑務所の中というルール制限がある中で、どうすれば最高の波動を届けられるのか——。 最近では、手描きだけでなく、描いたアートをAIに読み込ませ、波動を込めながらメールに添付して送るという柔軟な試みも行っています。形が変わっても、波長（エネルギー）は確実に乗せて届けることができるのです。

言葉の壁と、ご先祖様が導いた不思議な「繋がり」

そうして何百通もの遠隔ヒーリングや手紙を送り続けてきた中で、胸が熱くなるような奇跡に何度も立ち会ってきました。

ある日、届いた返信を開くと、相手が日本人である私に対して日本の文化や自身の思い出を一生懸命「日本語」で綴ってくれていました。「どんな気持ちで、どんな時間をかけてこの言葉を書いてくれたんだろう」と想像すると、愛おしさと温もりで胸がいっぱいになりました。

さらに、私のNPO活動に賛同してくれた方から届いた手紙には、彼のご先祖様について書かれていました。なんと、彼のおばあちゃまは「広島の原爆被爆者」だったのです。

実は、私がチャネリングしている高次元の女性も、広島の原爆被爆者の方です。 「ご先祖様が、彼を私の元へ連れてきてくださったんだ」と悟った瞬間、深い場所で魂が繋がったことを確信しました。

また、同じセル（部屋）にいる同房者の方が私からの手紙を見て「自分もヒーリングを受けたい」と連絡をくれることもあります。会ったこともない私の存在を知り、助けを求めて頼ってきてくれること。一人をヒーリングすると、その波動は周囲の人へと自然に感染し、連鎖していきます。これほどヒーラーとして嬉しいことはありません。

「手紙」と「覚醒」——五感と第六感を研ぎ澄ます力

会ったこともない相手と手紙でやり取りすることは、エネルギーで深く繋がり合う作業です。 スピリチュアルな感覚を「覚醒」させたいと思っている方にとって、実は手紙を書くことが一番の近道だと感じています。

レイキ（レイキヒーリング）も「手」を使いますよね。「手」はエネルギーを伝える一番大切な場所です。 自分の指を動かし、文字を描いて相手に想いを乗せる——そうして生み出された「手書きのもの」には、確かな命が宿り、深い温もりが宿ります。

相手のことを想い、文章を組み立てる。そのイメージする力こそが、五感と第六感をフルに働かせるのです。

私自身、かつて耳の不自由だった母と、数えきれないほどの交換日記や手紙を書き交わしてきました。あの時間があったからこそ、今の私の覚醒や感性があるのだと思います。 今でもジャーナル（日記）に「未来の自分が読んだらどう思うかな」とワクワクしながら書き留めたり、高次元から降りてきたメッセージをノートに記したりしています。
