What Happens When a Healer and Sophia Empath Receives Reiki?
Have you ever heard the term "Sophia Empath"?
"Sophia" comes from the Greek word for divine wisdom. While general empaths absorb the emotions and energies of people around them and often end up feeling exhausted, a Sophia Empath operates on a much higher soul level. They don't just feel the pain; they deeply capture the "soul message" and "cosmic wisdom" behind that pain, using a 5D (fifth-dimensional) perspective to transform it into healing.
I am a healer, and I am also a Sophia Empath.
While I usually spend my time healing others through my 5D Healing work, I highly value connecting with other wonderful spiritual practitioners to maintain my own health and elevate my energy. I also absolutely love Tarot as a beautiful tool for delivering spiritual guidance.
Recently, to tune up my own energy, my husband and I decided to attend a "Reiki & Sound Healing" session.
It was truly a time for washing the soul—a beautiful experience that polished our spirits to a bright shine.
As soon as the healing began, a massive, unseen shift occurred. A multitude of my ancestors who wished to receive healing gathered together, using my physical body as a vessel to be enveloped in the light of healing all at once.
I could feel a pleasant, tingling sensation in my hands, and the powerful flow of Reiki energy circulating through my feet, my head, and every single corner of my body. Within that rush of energy, a clear vision appeared to me: "Ah, my own 5D Healing is also being transmitted to everyone through this exact kind of immense, magnificent light."
Through this experience, the universe completely recharged me with an abundance of energy so that I can heal even more people moving forward.
In truth, this healing session was also a vital time for my husband to adjust his own energy.
This is because my husband lives an incredible, unseen "double life"—not only sharing a life with me (his wife, Kazumi), but also continuing a daily life with his late father, Mike.
While Mike descends and manifests in our space, I myself transition into the 5D realm. Living in this unique environment where the higher dimensions and the physical world constantly intertwine, my husband always has to work hard to balance and realign his energy.
Sometimes, he sleeps so deeply and for so long that he looks like a bear in hibernation. I used to worry about it, but now I understand. That deep sleep is his sacred sign of hard work—he is adjusting and recharging his energy to stay perfectly tuned to our multi-dimensional life.
I am so deeply grateful to my husband. He helps me in so many ways every single day, and he understands my spiritual essence better than anyone. He is my truest supporter. Since we are Twin Flames bound by a powerful connection from past lives, it is only natural that we can share this extraordinary life together.
Looking back, I have loved the world beyond my home since I was a little girl. Even back when I couldn't speak English at all, I remember passionately using a dictionary, page by page, to exchange letters with pen pals overseas.
As I grew older, driven by a powerful intuition that screamed, "I absolutely must go to America!", I crossed the ocean. I experienced so many trials and spent years in hardship after arriving in the US, but through overcoming those difficult times, I finally found my husband.
I now feel that every single event was leading me toward the wonderful life I have today.
Reiki, Qigong, and the 5D Healing that I practice... these are all forms of the "warm light" given to us by the universe. Even now, I continue to study and research energy healing by watching videos of other wonderful Reiki Masters.
Moving forward, my husband and I are planning to bring many new projects to life!
We are excitedly planning to host regular classes and workshops together, focusing on the wonderful purifying power of incense, cultivating a peaceful "Zen life" and "Zen mind," and offering "Sound Baths" that heal the body's cells through sound waves.
To make this loving vision a reality, we truly want to open a physical storefront—a healing sanctuary where everyone can gather.
As our very first step toward this beautiful future, we are so excited to connect with our local community in person at an upcoming event exactly one week from today!
