We took custody of the omamori, gently cleaned it, and photographed it. We then contacted the property management office hoping to find its rightful owner. Miraculously, the owner was located! We were able to safely return the amulet to the temple and let Isidro know that everything was taken care of. That rainy evening sparked a beautiful friendship, and he soon became an official member of our NPO. Now, we are so excited to have him join us for the festival on June 14th!
