Waves of Energy Woven by Heart and Hands: A Soulful Gift from Pelican Bay and the Healing Beyond Walls

Today, I want to share a story that moved my heart to its very core. A truly special gift arrived at my doorstep from one of my pen pals, and I hope this story reaches as many souls as possible so you can join us in supporting our mission.
A Piece of Art, Untouched by the Storm
Yesterday, my husband came into the room and said, "A package arrived for you."
Knowing I hadn't ordered anything recently, I initially thought it must have been sent by mistake. But as soon as we looked at the name and return address on the package, I instantly recognized who it was from. We decided to open it together, and what we found inside left us completely breathless.
There it was: a beautiful piece of art, raw and unframed.
The sender is a man housed at Pelican Bay State Prison—a facility known as a maximum-security prison. Our connection began late last year when he heard about me from his cellmate, who was already one of my pen pals. Interested in what he heard, he wrote a letter directly to me, requesting distance healing.
In a maximum-security facility—and this is true for any prison—every letter and package is rigorously inspected. Yet, despite its long journey through strict security, the artwork arrived in our hands without a single scratch.
During dinner—and well into the night—my husband and I sat together, gazing at the artwork and talking deeply about it. We both share a profound love for art. I often send digital dragon art to incarcerated individuals via email as a form of healing art.
Looking at his creation, I couldn’t help but wonder: How much time did he pour into this? What thoughts were in his heart while holding the pen? I plan to ask the framer who usually handles my own artwork to create a custom frame for this beautiful piece.
Why Energy Dwells in Art
Our home is filled with items crafted by hand—furniture made by my husband, artwork by my daughter, and pieces I created myself. Unlike mass-produced goods, handmade items carry a completely different vibration. They radiate a warmth and presence that you can physically feel.
Have you ever wondered why art holds such powerful energy?
Much of our subtle energy flows directly through our hands. In Reiki and other energy work, we use our hands to transmit healing vibrations and draw sacred symbols. When an artist holds a pen or a brush, that life-force energy travels through their fingers, leaving a permanent energetic footprint in the ink on paper.
When I create art, I infuse every stroke with intentions of love and healing. Even with pre-existing pieces, once I know who the recipient will be, I connect with their soul and layer additional energetic finishes onto the piece.
As I hold his artwork in my hands and re-read his letter, I connect to him through distant Reiki healing. By placing my hands on the art, the connection forms instantly. Engaging all five senses through art makes the energetic bridge incredibly strong. At times, I feel his intense pain and heartache so vividly that it almost breaks my own heart. Yet, I feel deeply honored and grateful to hold this gift of Reiki—a power that transcends physical walls.
Through this connection, I am also able to reach his ancestors. Many ancestors shed tears of relief when we make contact. As they release their burdens, tears flow through me, signifying their purification and peaceful departure. During these sessions, I light incense and play sacred sounds—whether it’s sutras, the soothing tone of a singing bowl, or classical music—guiding them home with sound and smoke.
The Power of Dragon Energy and Global Healing
Last year marked a peak in my practice, where I was conducting individual distant healing for seven to eight people a day. This year, I shifted to group healing to reach even more souls.
In these sessions, I hold a mental roster of everyone connected to me, working in harmony with the Dragon Realm to distribute energy. Dragons represent swift, powerful, yet extraordinarily gentle energy. The mane of the Golden Dragon is so soft and luminous, it feels as if it were woven from pure silk.
I plan to ask my friend at Pelican Bay many questions about his artwork in our next letters. This dialogue will allow us to form a deeper spiritual bond, deepening the healing process for his soul.
Healing also extends to those around us in everyday life. Just last week, a friend required a deeply rooted block to be cleared. Since the block was so stubborn, fellow healer Chizuru and I combined our energies. My friend has a very high-vibrational, alien-like soul that sometimes struggles to adapt to the dense 3D realities of our physical world. Working together, right at the final moment—like defeating the final boss in a video game—we flushed the remaining blockages with a powerful surge of Reiki. The next day, they reported feeling immensely better.
In Japan, we have a concept called Toku wo tsumu (accumulating spiritual merit). Through meditation and healing, we restore inner peace, cultivate kindness, and accumulate positive spiritual energy.
I truly believe that every act of healing and meditation contributes directly to world peace. I will continue to dedicate my life to delivering this energy to anyone who needs it.
We Are All Connected: The Memory of the Soul and Oneness
Before I close today's blog, I want to leave you with one gentle reminder: The people around you in this lifetime are not people you are meeting for the very first time.
This is especially true for those with whom you share deep connections. Even with someone you argue or struggle with, there is a karmic bond at play—a cosmic lesson unfolding to help your soul grow.
Have you ever felt tears well up in your eyes when seeing a person or an animal in pain, even if you’ve never experienced that exact situation yourself? Have you felt an overwhelming urge to help them?
You feel this because, in truth, your soul has already lived through that same experience.
This is the state of Oneness.
In Japan, we have a beautiful concept called Wake-mitama (神の分霊)—the idea that each of our souls is a direct spark or individualized fragment of the Divine Spirit. Because your soul is connected to the universal source, you have, in essence, experienced all things. That is why you can feel fear, sorrow, and joy as if they were happening to you right now.
In particular, painful or traumatic experiences leave a far deeper imprint than happy ones—often becoming etched so deeply that they reside within your very DNA.
Remember, the reality you see before you today is a mirror reflecting what lies within your own mind and heart.
Just recently, I had a conversation with someone very close to me who tragically lost a family member in a sudden accident. A person we fully expect to walk through the door at the end of the day, coming home as usual—sometimes, they don't come back.
It reminded me deeply that there is no such thing as "taken for granted." Nothing in this life is guaranteed, and tomorrow is never promised to anyone.
That is why I want to ask you, from the bottom of my heart: Please, truly give thanks for every single moment and every soul in your life.
Take a moment today to hold your family and loved ones close, and express your deepest gratitude to them while they are here. I pray with all my heart for peace, healing, and comfort to wrap around this world.

手と心が紡ぐ波動――ペリカンベイ刑務所から届いた魂のギフトと遠隔ヒーリングのお話

今日は、私の心が深く揺さぶられた出来事についてお話ししたいと思います。私の大切な文通相手の一人から本当に特別なギフトが届きました。一人でも多くの方に私たちの活動を知っていただき、応援していただけたら幸いです。
風波を越えて届いた、傷一つないアート
昨日、主人が部屋に入ってきて「君に荷物が届いているよ」と言いました。
最近は何も注文していなかったので、最初は宛先違いかと思ったのですが、パッケージに書かれたお名前とご住所を見て、すぐに「彼からだ！」とわかりました。主人と一緒に開けてみて、中にあったものに思わず息を呑みました。
そこにあったのは、額装もされていない、ありのままの美しい一枚のアート作品でした。
送り主は、最高警備（マキシマムセキュリティ）施設として知られるペリカンベイ州立刑務所にいる男性です。彼との繋がりは去年の暮れ、私がもともと文通していたお隣の部屋の方から私の噂を聞いた彼が、「ヒーリングをしてほしい」と直接手紙で依頼してくれたことから始まりました。
最高警備の施設に限らず、どこの刑務所でも手紙や荷物は厳しくチェックされます。それにもかかわらず、厳しい検査と長い道のりを経て届いたそのアートには、傷一つついていませんでした。
夕食のときも、そして夜遅くまで、私と主人はそのアートを前に置き、鑑賞しながら深く語り合いました。私も主人もアートが大好きです。私自身も、受刑者の方々にヒーリングアートとして龍の画像などをメールで送ることがあります。
彼の作品を見つめながら、「私のために、どれほどの時間をかけて描いてくれたのだろう。ペンを握りながら、どんな想いを込めてくれたのだろう」と思わずにはいられませんでした。
なぜ、アートにはエネルギーが宿るのか
我が家は、主人が作った家具や娘の作品、私が作ったアートなど、手作りのものに囲まれています。大量生産された既製品とは異なり、手作りのものには全く違う波動があります。肌で感じられるような温かさと存在感を放っているのです。
なぜアートにはこれほど強いエネルギーが宿るのか、疑問に思ったことはありませんか？
私たちの微細なエネルギーの多くは、手を通して流れます。レイキをはじめとするエネルギーワーク技能でも、手を使ってヒーリングの波動を送り、聖なるシンボルを描きます。アーティストがペンや筆を握るとき、その生命力エネルギーが指先を通って伝わり、インクと共に紙の上に永遠のエネルギーの足跡を残すのです。
私自身がアートを描くときも、一筆一筆に愛とヒーリングの祈りを込めます。すでに描いてある作品であっても、お届けする相手が決まれば、その方の魂と繋がり、エネルギーを上書きして仕上げを行います。
彼のアートを手に取り、手紙を読み返しながら、レイキの遠隔ヒーリングを通して彼と繋がります。アートに手を当てると、一瞬で繋がりが生まれます。アートを通じて五感を研ぎ澄ますことで、エネルギーの架け橋は非常に強固になります。時に、彼が抱える強い痛みや胸が引き裂かれるような辛さがダイレクトに伝わってくることもあります。それでも、物理的な壁をも超えるレイキという贈り物をいただけたことに、深い感謝と誇りを感じています。
この繋がりを通して、彼のご先祖様たちとも繋がることができます。ご縁を結ぶと、安堵の涙を流されるご先祖様が多くいらっしゃいます。胸のつかえが下りると、私を通して涙が溢れ出し、それが浄化と穏やかな旅立ちの合図となります。セッション中は、お経やおりんの心地よい音色、クラシック音楽などご要望に応じた音を流し、お香を焚いて、音と煙と共に温かく送り出します。
龍神様のエネルギーと世界平和への願い
去年は活動のピークで、1日に7〜8人の方へ個別の遠隔ヒーリングを行っていました。今年はより多くの方に届けるため、グループヒーリングへと移行しています。
グループヒーリングでは、私と繋がっているすべての方々を心に思い浮かべ、龍神界と共同でエネルギーを巡らせます。龍神様は、素早くパワフルでありながら、驚くほど優しいエネルギーを持っています。金龍様の鬣（たてがみ）はとても柔らかく光り輝いており、まるで純粋なシルクでできているかのようです。
ペリカンベイの彼には、次回の手紙でこのアートについてたくさんの質問をする予定です。対話を重ねることで、彼の魂とより深く繋がり、ヒーリングを深めていくことができると考えています。
ヒーリングの輪は、日常の身近な人々にも広がっています。先週も、ブロックが非常に固い知人のヒーリングを行いました。一人では抱えきれないほど強固だったため、ヒーラー仲間であるちづるさんと力を合わせました。その知人はとても波動が高く、宇宙人のような魂を持っているため、この3D（三次元）の密度の濃い世界に馴染むのが大変だったのです。二人で力を合わせ、ゲームのラストボスを倒す最後の瞬間のごとく一気に強力なレイキを流し込みました。翌日、その方から「すごく調子が良くなった」と嬉しい報告を受けることができました。
日本には「徳を積む」という素晴らしい考え方があります。瞑想やヒーリングを通して心を整え、穏やかさと優しさを取り戻すことは、確かなスピリチュアルな徳となります。
私は、一人ひとりのヒーリングや瞑想が、巡り巡って世界平和へ直接繋がっていると信じています。これからもエネルギーを必要とするすべての方へ、この力を届け続けていきます。
私たちはすべて繋がっている：魂の記憶と「ワンネス」
今日のブログを締めくくる前に、みなさんにひとつお伝えしたい大切なことがあります。
いまあなたの身近にいる人は、今世だけで出会った人ではありません。
特に深く関わる人はなおさらです。たとえ喧嘩をしている相手であっても、そこには何らかのカルマ（業）があり、あなたの人生において魂の学びが起こっているはずです。
あなたが自分で直接経験したわけでもないのに、動物や他人の痛みに触れて涙を流したり、「助けてあげたい」と強く思ったりしたことはありませんか？
それは、あなた自身もかつて同じ経験をしたことがあるからです。
これこそが「ワンネス（すべては一つ）」の境地です。
日本語には「神の分霊（わけみたま）」という言葉があります。私たちは誰もが、神様から分けいただいた光の魂を持っています。あなたはすべての出来事を魂のレベルで経験したことがあるからこそ、恐怖、悲しみ、喜びを、まるで自分の身に起こったことのように感じ取ることができるのです。
特に、嬉しいことよりも辛かったことや悲しかったことという経験は、魂の記憶やDNAにまで刻まれるほど強く残ることがあります。
「あなたの目の前にある現実（リアル）は、あなたの心が映し出している鏡」です。
ごく最近、身近な方から「ご家族を突然の事故で亡くされた」という切ないお話を聞く機会がありました。「いつも通り、当たり前に帰ってくる」と思っていた人が、二度と帰ってこない……。
そのことが改めて、「当たり前なんて一つもない」ということを私に深く教えてくれました。この人生において約束されているものは何一つなく、誰にとっても明日が来ることは当たり前ではないのです。
だからこそ、私は心から皆さんに伝えたいのです。 「どうか、一瞬一瞬と、今そばにいる命に心からの感謝を捧げてほしい」と。
今日、今一度ご家族や愛する人を抱きしめ、大切な人が側にいてくれるうちに、心からの感謝を伝えてください。この世界が平和と癒やし、そして優しい温もりに包まれることを、心より願っています。
